South KC Democrats, Young Democrats, and Jackson County Democratic Committee to host forums for candidates for the Jackson County Legislature. To ensure we hear from and consider each candidate in Midtown/South KC, we will host two forums – one for In-District Candidates and one for At-Large candidates:

What to Expect: In lieu of our normal monthly meeting, we are co-hosting a forum for At-Large County Legislature candidates. Join us alongside the Jackson County Democratic Central Committee, Young Democrats of Missouri, and UMKC College Democrats on the fifth Saturday (different from our usual 4th Saturday) to hear from candidates.
