50501 Missouri Demands an End to ICE Abuses and the Regime’s Unlawful, Violent, Tyrannical Actions: Defund, Dismantle, and Accountability

50501 Missouri stands unequivocally against the actions of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the broader authoritarian tactics employed by the Trump regime. The federal government’s recent escalation in Minnesota and across the nation is a stark violation of constitutional rights, civil liberties, and basic human dignity.

We condemn the systematic targeting of immigrant families as well as the racist targeting of individuals based on the color of their skin, their accent, or the language they speak. ICE is directly responsible for at least 44 deaths of citizens and non-citizens alike, including the cold-blooded murder of individuals such as Victor Manuel Diaz, Heber Sanchez Dominguez, Jean Wilson Brutus, Kai Yin Wong, Parady La, Nenko Stanev Gantchev, Keith Porter, Renée Good, Alex Pretti, and many others throughout 2025 and 2026, underscoring a disgusting pattern of lethal force, neglect, murder, terrorism, and tyranny. This administration has bathed itself in White Nationalist Christo-Fascism and demonstrated a reckless disregard for life, liberty, and basic humanity.

We assert that the deployment of ICE agents, National Guard troops, and other federal forces to intimidate neighborhoods, seize children, threaten peaceful protesters, and turn the streets of America into killing fields is not “public safety.” It is organized intimidation, an abuse of power that treats the American people as subjects rather than citizens. Such conduct disregards the Constitution’s guarantees of due process, equal protection, and freedom of assembly. These actions also disregard basic humanity and moral clarity.

50501 Missouri demands the immediate dismantling of ICE and an end to:

  • Arbitrary Detentions and Family Separations: The forced removal of children from their parents and the placement of individuals in inhumane detention conditions constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
  • Torture and Abuse: Individuals detained in American Concentration Camps across the country and abroad are being subjected to abuse and torture. All those involved in such acts must be immediately removed from their positions, arrested, and charged with these crimes.
  • Excessive Use of Force: Pepper‑spraying, lethal shootings, and other violent tactics used against non-violent demonstrators violate both state and federal law.
  • Militarized Policing of Communities: The presence of armed federal agents in public spaces creates a climate of fear that suppresses lawful dissent and creates distrust of law enforcement.

We call on all elected officials at every level to:

  • Cease and Recall all ICE Funding: Public funds are being used to oppress, harass, abuse, torture, and kill people in the streets of America. We must not fund these abhorrent deeds.
  • Pass Legislation: Restore oversight, transparency, and accountability to federal law‑enforcement agencies.
  • Remove, arrest, and charge: ICE agents and officials who have participated in these abuses on any level must be stopped and held accountable.
  • Support Community‑Led Safety Initiatives: Prioritize de-escalation, mutual aid, and restorative justice over punitive measures.
  • Immediately Close Detention Facilities: Human rights violations are ongoing daily around the country in American-made concentration camps. We must close these facilities and stop planning and construction on any new facilities.
  • Find and Return Deported Individuals: Identify and locate all those trafficked by ICE within and outside of our country. Reunite families. Return all those in custody or deported to either their U.S. homes or their homelands, their choice.

We call on businesses working in any capacity with ICE and DHS to immediately:

  • Cease and Desist Cooperation: Corporations and businesses must end cooperation with these agencies. Contracts must be cancelled.
  • Publicly Denounce the Regime’s Actions: Companies must state their intent of non-cooperation with these agencies and their abuses.
  • Support the Local Community: Get involved with mutual aid efforts, support the movement, support protests and rally’s, donate to grassroots organizations, and any other support you can give.

We call on the people to:

  • Immediately End Spending: Refuse to spend your money with any business or corporation that works, even tangentially, with ICE or DHS.
  • Contact Businesses: Call and write to businesses to demand they stand with the people, against the regime.
  • Contact Your Representatives: Call or write your local, state, and national representatives and demand they stand with the people.
  • Take Courage and Join Your Community: Stand with your neighbors in solidarity at rallies, protests, and in mutual aid efforts. The resistance is large, universal, and beautiful.

The people of Missouri, alongside allies nationwide, will continue to organize, educate, and protest peacefully. Our allies around the nation will continue to equip citizens with the knowledge to assert their rights and monitor federal actions responsibly. 50501 Missouri stands in solidarity with the people to defend the constitution, protect those who are most vulnerable, and work to build a better future, better than before, for everyone, everywhere.
